- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and, if applicable, to fill out health forms.
- Please cancel any regular weekday treatments at least 24 hours before you are scheduled to receive them. Please give us 72 hours notice for appointments scheduled for weekends, holidays, Spa Week, Spa Week Steals & Deals, and SpaFinder Day Deals. Appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner, or missed without notice, will be charged to the credit card we have on file by our automated system. In the event that a client is charged for a missed treatment, as a courtesy, we allow clients to reschedule and complete the charged treatment for an additional $25 per service.
- Please attempt to arrive on time, as treatments will usually end when scheduled in order to accommodate subsequent clients. If a client is late for their treatment, we may have to cut their session short. However, if no other client is waiting for the esthetician, we will extend the scheduled time.
- Some treatments and packages, and the prices associated therein, are subject to change for seasonal or other reasons. These changes will be reflected in our website(s) and brochures as soon as possible, but please confirm availability and pricing upon scheduling an appointment.
- Services may be denied in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of our staff.
- Products acquired at our spa may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the original packaging is intact. Products may be exchanged within 21 days, if the original packaging is intact.
- DISCOUNTED Gift Certificates may not be used on any service that is already discounted; i.e. Discounted Gift Certificates may not be used on Special Promotions or Spa Packages. Regular Gift Certificates may be used for any service. (Please see rules for SpaFinder gift certificates below.)
- Discounts and promotions may not be used with any other discounts and promotions; e.g. while first-time clients receive 15% off most of our services, they cannot receive 15% off on any treatments already discounted due to our monthly promotions.
- SpaFinder gift certificates may not be applied towards any discounts or promotions.
- Promotional packages are not refundable. They may ONLY be rescheduled.
- Upgrades are available on select services at an additional charge.
- On Mondays, the spa is only open to prepaid appointments.
- To be eligible to receive discounts, customers must provide their email address, phone number, and home address.
